Okay but lacking quality

onSet up appointment online + Was given the opportunity to request loaner+ Described the issue+ Arrived 30 minutes early. Was told it would take 2 hours+ There are no loaners - The coffee shop was closed the entire time over the lunch hours - It took over 3 hours - To tell me there is no issue. The seat “coolers” aren’t. They blow ambient air…which is hot is summer, cold in winter. I had to search for my service rep. - Someone else brought my paperwork and called for my vehicle.
