onMy appointment was at 12:45, Quoted 2 hour max. They said it was mandatory I bring it in, for a tire rotation and check fluids. I told the service guy I only had one other battery for my oxygen concentrator. At 4pm when I finally went back to see what the hold up was the 4runner was ready they just didn't tell me. This Autonation has NO RESPECT for their customers time. News flash our time is just as valuable as yours. The worst service ever, I absolutely dread having to go back.
