onArrived at 6:50 am for a 7:00 am appt. Waited over 3 hours for an oil change. But I made the appointment for the replacement of the front transfer case (recall) and the oil change. I was told it would be about 2 hours. I had to go ask for my car at 9:50 am. Tech went to look but said car was probably out or test drive. Tech said he would come get me. I went looking again at 10:20 and he told me they just finished, but they have to order the recall case? WHAT? I stayed calm and was given my receipt with another person’s address printed on it - didn’t notice till I got home.
