Dealership Service Review
I spent over 2 hrs waiting for my car for an oil change and 40,000 mile check up. I told Marco I needed my car by 3:15 because I have to work. He told me it should be done by 3:15 because they quite about 1.5 hrs. Well needless to say it wasn’t done, I had to call an Uber (spent 30.00)to get to work, my husband and daughter and to spend 1 hr of their time to drive there and pick up my car so I would have it for work the next day. Marco called at 3:40 to tell me the “great news” that my car was done but I was already in an Uber on my way to work because he never came back to his desk to follow up with me and never even knew I left. Needless to say it was very disappointing and after my service package is done- I won’t be back to waste anymore of my time- no body has 2.5 hrs to sit and wait for an oil change. Service needs to speed up and your people need to care who they are impacting.
