I love the product, but who stole the dealership's soul?

My service was completed. My suggestion for the suits. I say this to everyone I conduct business with, from Costco to Capital One to USAA to DMV to Wally-World.. Go learn some Customer 101 from Amazon. They aren't perfect but they are light years ahead the rest of y'all
