AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe

Overall, it’s clean and inviting. The salesman I had, Michael Frazier, was excellent. Enjoyed working with him. However, they force their add-on packages as part of the pricing. No longer as options and you have to fight to get them off. On day of purchase, it took 4 hours to get the 10 minutes of paperwork signed!!! They still tried to push their additional packages not to mention screwed up the billing so I have to go back. I would recommend sales department but their billing side is a disaster. Don’t have tons of other Toyota options so if that’s the car you want it’s not too bad.
