When you take delivery on your vehicle, the manager insists all buyers fill out a 5 star review prior to the paperwork being started!! They even bring you a QR code to scan to open up to the review, which is already 5 stars. This is bullying! Salesperson was Vassil, he could not be bothered to show me how to operate the feature in the vehicle, He connected car play and was done. Was sold a vehicle with VIN number that was different than the VIN of vehicle I took delivery on, Roof rack not installed despite it being on my paperwork,
