Maggie Grewe and everyone involved with putting Humpty Dumpty (our Outback wagon with a torn-up chassis) back together went above and beyond. Their work shows competence and care, and Maggie never shirked nor failed to keep us fully and factually informed. We can have confidence in the restored vehicle, as we do in Flatirons' commitment to excellence, transparency, and responsible customer-first effort.
