Jessica Everett's management of major service appointment

Jessica Everett always provides me with intelligent, accurate and helpful service management. She is also considerate of the client's concerns. As an example of this,when repairs were needed (as yesterday) she gave me important information about which were urgent and which might be safely delayed for a short period. Knowing I can trust her absolutely about my car's condition and needs is an important part of why I choose always to return to Flatirons for car service.
