Extraordinary Customer Service

onKristen Miller has been my customer rep for the last two service appointments at Flatirons Subaru. In a day and age where good customer service is a rare find, Kristen has gone above and beyond good. Her attempts to resolve a currently unresolved issue with our 2012 Subaru Outback wagon have been stellar. Truly. Now, if we can only get the darn problem fixed.
