Flatirons Subaru

I have nothing but positive things to say about the Flatirons Subaru service dept. I have bought two excellent cars from this dealer and have the them serviced there exclusively. In more than 12 years now I have not had a single complaint! In fact I have always been impressed by their professionalism and reliability, their willingness to explain options clearly and to do everything possible to work with my schedule and ensure my cars are always in great shape and won't ever break down in remote locations! You can't put a price on that kind of peace of mind. While the entire service dept has been excellent over the years, I especially want to single out RYAN NUCKLES. Let me put it this way: When I drop off either car I regularly leave the instruction that "Ryan can decide for me" what work may or may not need to be done, because he has proven himself to be so trustworthy and professional over the years. As long as Ryan Nuckles is at the helm in the service dept I would not even consider having my cars serviced anywhere else!
