We'd gone to a few other dealerships and were starting to dream the "pleasant sales pitch" where they try to find points of shared interest to build rapport instead of trying to help you to find the right car. None of that here. Jon Ferguson got us the test drives we wanted, answered all our questions, was clearly very knowledgeable about cars and while he was super polite, friendly and welcoming, he respected that we had other places to be that the dealership. Never felt sold. Dropped him a line a couple of days later, he got us set with a very fair price (we'd done quite a bit of research as to invoice prices and the like online), got us in, helped us through the paperwork (Shea in the finance office was also amazingly professional, helpful and knowledgeable) and the team got us into our car quickly, painlessly, professionally and enjoyably. Not usually a fan of writing reviews, but had to take the time for this one as it was an exceptionally positive experience.
