What a pleasure has been to work with Mark over the years. I have just bought my 2nd car from Mark and it was easy and stress free. When I went in to look for this newest car, Mark wanted to know why I wanted to trade in my previous vehicle (not a Subaru), and even tried to help me trouble shoot the concerns in order to keep the car. In the end he helped me find a Subaru that fit my needs. I had been in to see Mark multiple times over the years, and each time he showed genuine concern for me and never tried to convince me to buy something that did not work for me and my family. I hope to not buy another car for another 200 thousand miles, but if I do, I will find Mark again. Thanks KJ
