Flatirons Subaru

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ian Mangan on updating a lease on a new Outback. With Ian's responsive online and cell phone presence, I was able to take care of 98% of the business without having to come into the dealership which saved a lot of valuable time. He was able to effectively work with me on the new lease rate and trade-in value on the an earlier lease. Once I did come in for signatures, etc, he had me through the remainder of the process in less than 40 mins! Unheard of. To boot, Subaru made a surprising $250 donation to one of my favorite charities and presented me with two comp'ed season ski passes to Copper Mtn. All and all, a very positive experience.
