Dealership Sales Review
My wife and I bought a new 2016 Subaru Legacy at Flatirons Acura and Subaru (FSA) last week. Bill Kidd, our sales consultant, made the purchase process easy and convenient. After first testing the Legacy, my wife--the prospective primary driver--liked it, but wasnt yet ready to buy it. Bill kept in touch, and when we went in to purchase it a few months later, he knew exactly what we wanted I had already communicated repeatedly with two other area Subaru dealers, and determined the best discounts they were willing to give us. Bill and FSA met or exceeded those deals, while making sure the purchase process was quick, easy, and pleasant. We bought exactly the vehicle my wife wanted in the exterior and interior color combination she wanted. The whole deal including a test drive, negotiating the new car price, negotiating our trade-in value, and financing the vehicle took less than 4 hours. Since the new Legacy was just off the truck and covered with the white protective sheets, this included pre-delivery inspection and preparation. Bill walked us through the entire process while making sure our needs were met. Kerrie Bowen, FSAs finance manager, also deserves a mention. She made obtaining great financing quick , while makings sure we understood every detail. I have always bought new cars for decades, and this was among the easiest new car purchases ever.
