Flatirons Subaru

Often we think s car dealerships and salespeople as shady, tricky, deceptive, and dishonest. I didn't find that at Flatirons Subaru. There was no manipulation and no last minute surprises. I felt that the salesperson, Ray M., worked for me and worked hard to fit me with a car I likes, could afford, and suited my needs. He was answered my questions directly. What he said was going t happen happened. The financing department was accommodating and straightforward. There was no twisting attempt to change the financing, the price. I was offered a warranty upgrade, which I took because I felt it was a good deal. Both Ray M. and the finance officer, Shea H. have been great about returning my calls and answering questions AFTER my purchase was complete. I think this is a dealership with integrity. I heartily recommend Flatirons Acura/Subaru!
