Straightforward and genuine sales process

Thanks to Mark Berger and the Flatirons team for an easy and simple process of trading-in and upgrading my lease on a CrossTrek. The process was straightforward, fair and very customer-centric. Mark was a clear communicator across the process and throughout I felt like he had my best interest/satisfaction in mind. I will certainly call on Mark in three years for my next renewal.
