As a woman BMW owner and customer, I can't tell you how many times other dealerships have tried to extort me on service needs. This may sound harsh, but it is the truth! I called Rusnak BMW and dealt with service manager 'Mike'. He was 100% professional and upfront. Everyone in the dealership is cool and helpful. The entire operation is well organized and fast. Highly recommend!
