This is my fist time to use Rusnak Service for my recently purchased Preowned BMW. Zach Sax was my Service Advisor. He explained to me what is needed and the car was done before the promised time. Car was washed and cleaned upon delivery. I was treated as if I just bought a brand new BMW. I am very impressed with the service. While waiting for the car, I went to the Parts Department. The representative was attentive as I asked several questions about BMW merchandise. He was so good that I purchased a few items that I do not need but want as well. Thank you for an outstanding and impressive experience.
