Because of a recall, I needed to take my 2001 525i BMW in to correct the problem. I was greeted by an attendant outside who escorted me to a comfortable indoor station to check in with Josh. Josh was very professional and checked me in quickly. Josh asked if I would like my car washed after the airbag was fixed. , which I greatly appreciated. To my surprise and delight my car was ready much quicker than expected. All in all it was an excellent experience.
