My service advisor Art was polite, kind, and willing to take a client that wasn’t originally slated for him, my original advisor was MIA at the time and in an effort to provide great service Art accepted me with a smile. I told him I’d bought and had a car previously from Rusnak BMW in westlake and enjoyed their personalized service, which brought my warranty service work to them over Valencia BMW. Art was very friendly and had a smile. I told him of a part defect I had found and he was genuinely interested to see what I was talking about so we could get it addressed ASAP. He took the time to listen to me and found what I was talking about and arranged for loaner vehicle. The next day he called and notified that my concerns were validated and the pry would be replaced under warranty/defect. When I dropped the loaner off and picked up my car Art was helping another customer and afterwards came over to say hello and check on me. I really do prefer the customer service caliber at Rusnak BMW, wish I could clone that positive attitude into every customer service interaction I have outside of Rusnak Service Department
