Different experience this time. While the service and maintenance on my BMW was great there are a couple of issues that make for a few frustrations. Firstly, online bookings - they don't always register at the actual location. Arrived and my appointment wasn't on their schedule. Apparently this has been happening a lot since they changed their system. Had to wait a little while to see my Adviser 'Art' who is awesome. The Advisers now have to do all of the heavy lifting - there's no reception anymore, there's no car rental assistance and payment is all done thru the Adviser. This does mean that the Advisers are tied up for longer and so you have to wait longer. Not really what I was expecting and the extra wait at both ends of the day added a good hour.
