I sent an e-mail inquiry about the cost and availability of the 328i I wanted. Roger Carroll, head of internet sales, replied with a quote that was better than I expected to be able to negotiate. The next day, I went to Rusnak BMW, met Roger Carroll, inspected the car, and accepted his offer. Mr. Carroll assisted me in applying for a new lease and in turning in my 2012 328i from the expiring lease. He suggested I could save money by having the Rusnak body shop repair some long scratches before turn-in of the old car, and I accepted that suggestion. Mr. Carroll and everyone else on the staff at Rusnak BMW were courteous, professional, and quick. This is the best new car experience I have ever had, and I have had a lot of them.
