Rusnak BMW
Dealership Sales Review
In October last year, I began the search for a 2008 328i for my wife. It would be the replacement for a Volvo 850 with over 200,000 miles that we purchased about 12 years ago. I used the dealer locator service from Costco and a few others from the Web, but only a salesperson from Rusnak BMW followed up after trying the www.edmunds.com site. The other contacts sort of faded and didn't follow up. The Internet sales manager, Neil Pearl, showed us their entire stock, located a couple miles away and even allowed us to peruse through the lot by ourselves. We didn't find exactly what we wanted, and ended up ordering the car directly from the factory. We negotiated a price on 12/31/2007 and received the car on 2/24/2008. The price we paid was right on the estimate. There were no gimmicks, no tricks and no last minute contract changes. He was kind enough to get my wife's phone paired with the on-board computer, and spent about one hour or so demonstrating all the features.
