My wife and I really enjoyed working with Rusnak BMW when leasing of our new 535i BMW. The individual that made our experience a rewarding and delightful one was Jeff Kaltman. Mr. Kaltman's level of professionalism, knowledge, friendliness, and expertise is a unique feature of your company. We had dealt with other dealerships in Orange County (BMW & Mercedes) and left with no car and a feeling that no one really listened to what we needed. Jeff's immediate response to our e-mail inquiries, the completion of necessary paperwork, and the introduction to the many features of our vehicle is what sealed the deal for us. Jeff not only worked with us on his day off, but even stayed after hours to make sure that we had a very good working knowledge of the components of the car. We left on our 90 mile drive home filled with not only the excitement of having a safe as well as an awesome car for our family, but with the satisfaction of working with the kind of dealership that we would readily recommend to all.
