This happens to be my 4th purchase from this dealership but I also consider this as the most pleasant and enjoyable buying experience I ever had. This is mainly due the great service by both the salesperson (Mr. Louis Mesquita) who answered all my questions regarding the car and pricing and explained the new and great features of the car, and the person from Credit and Finance who did the paperwork (Mr. Boc Nguyen), who patiently explained each and every detail of the documents I initialed or signed plus answered any questions I had regarding my contract (in my case to purchase and not to lease). I had 2 choices before I decided to go with the Civic Ex and the 2016 model is definitely a great upgrade in terms of features, from the exterior (style, body, tires) and most especially the technology that goes with it (e.g. keyless start, no more hand or foot brake to lock the car but instead there's a button that you hit together with the brakes to perform this function and of course, among other features, there's Apple Car Play. Apple Car Play allows you to access your maps from your iPhone and view them on the monitor. You can play your music from various sources (iTunes, Amazon Music, etc.) as well as read your email and text messages (which of course I will not recommend while your driving). Car Play is great because it allows you to access applications from your phone and use the wide screen monitor on your car to do what you need to do. The safety features are awesome too as you're able to see your blind spot when you turn on the signal towards the right. This is great when you're about to make a right turn or when you're changing lanes. Finally, there's a lot more to discover about the other great features of this car as I continue to drive it and enjoy the ride each and every day. I would strongly recommend checking out Norm Reeves Honda in West Covina and look for Mr. Louis Mesquita to friends and family if they're planning or looking into doing their next car purchase.
