I had one of the worst experiences with the Norm Reeves price protection policy. Unfortunately, it is a scam and extremely deceiving. There is absolutely no fine print that defines the terms or stipulations. In fact, Norm Reeve's West Covina expects customers to provide the "original contract" from another dealership. It is impossible to even get this type of document from another dealership, as no one will let you walk out with a legal binding contract. This is why it is deceiving, because there is no fine print that states you must have the original document at all. It is a marketing scam that has no qualifications. I had several forms of documentation that was rejected.
