Crestview Cadillac

After 2 weeks of trying to buy a New Cadillac 2010 SRX, I finally got the one I wanted, the way I wanted it at Crestview Cadillac in West Covina. A totally pleasant and friendly experience. My salesperson was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. NO pressure, no rush. I guess I had enough hassles, so I decided I would tell them exactly what I wanted and how I wanted to do it and they were willing to work with me without the usual hassles. The selection of vehicles was great and I got to drive several of them before making my decision on the vehicle I eventually purchased. I was given a tour of dealership and even got to see the service department, made me feel important. I traded in my old 2003 STS and got a fair price for it, as well. Overall I rate my experience 5 Star. I will recommend these folks to anyone who appreciates good old fashioned service and courtesy.
