From Sales to Finance, A Great Dealership

I just bought my second Cadillac Escalade ESV from Crestview Cadillac. After having some complications with my first ESV, I had GM and Cadillac help me trade it in for another Cadillac Escalade ESV. John Jarrosiak and Chris Ferren, the Fleet and Internet Managers, were awesome! They took care of every detail that I asked for. They were quick, efficient and knew the Escalade in and out, which showed when they walked me through the bells and whistles. Beverly in finance was incredible. She works her behind off and has more honesty and integrity than any other finance manager I have dealt with. In all, the staff is great and everyone made it easy to buy our beautiful Caddy. Thank you John, Chris and Beverly.
