Mercedes-Benz of Walnut Creek

I’ll begin by acknowledging that the salesman performed reasonably well. However, I have concerns about the management and dealership itself. The salesman inadvertently misinformed me about several features of the car, although I don’t believe it was done intentionally. I wish he had conducted thorough research and provided accurate information instead of making assumptions because that is what I wanted to hear. Without going into specific details, I was deceived at least five times during the transaction that I am aware of. Consequently, I ended up settling for a vehicle that is still nice, but not the one I had genuinely desired and was happy to pay for. I am deeply disappointed with my experience at this dealership and will not be purchasing another vehicle from this dealership. I had high expectations for this Mercedes dealership given the fact that I’ve purchased a couple cars from them. Something has significantly changed, and not for the good.
