We had a wonderful experience selecting our new car. Jim Sparacino was assigned to us, and he was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all our questions and thoroughly explained the features of each vehicle. We were interested in a hybrid or electric car and ultimately decided on a plug-in hybrid. Jim provided us with various financing options and kept us updated throughout the entire process. He even gave us time estimates so we could take a walk while waiting, which we appreciated. The dealership also had a comfortable guest area where we could relax. Jim went above and beyond by helping me set up the app on my phone and connecting it to the car.
