Dealership Sales Review
I leased an EQS 580 and were promised excellent service. Our experience thus far has been abysmal. Our tire and wheel coverage was not honored leaving us with a large bill. For such an expensive care we were not offered a loner car when we needed covered repairs and had to take a provided Uber ride back to my home. The sales manager promised to take care of our issues only to quit returning multiple call backs. I brought the car for tire replacement, I was sent out with 4 different tire pressures and had to immediately return to have this dangerous situation resolved. The only bright spot was working with Omar Khan our sales representative, he has been trying to help us during this whole ordeal. Update March 2025: Ok, not surprising, the dealership responded with a canned response. If you look they respond similarly to all negative reviews. They have never once attempted to actually reach out to me. At this point I’ve decided to stop trying to get Walnut Creek Mercedes Benz to do the right thing,-I would rather eat what they owe me. DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS with this company!
