Dealership Sales Review
Leased a new EQS 450 from this dealership with a terrible post-sales customer service experience. Signed initial contracts to secure vehicle, took actual receipt of vehicle weeks later since they weren't yet on the lot, and found out that the lease contract still started on the initial contract date instead of when I actually recieved the vehicle. Promises were made by sales to make up for it with a one month payment off of the new lease with no actions taken at all to honor (very shady and questionable). Absolutely no communication from sales or finance after numerious texts and email. Even the GM is no where to be found in returning customer inquiries or helping to resolve. I've leased new vehicles from all Mercedes-Benz dealerships in the Bay Area for the past 17 years and this has been the worst experiences I've ever had!
