Marjorie was an absolute pleasure to work with on my new vehicle. She was able to accommodate majority of the negotiation with my trade-in and financing options prior to my visit to the dealership. I was in and out in roughly 40 minutes! I drove 2 1/2 hours to the Walnut creek dealership because I am always satisfied when I leave there. Their customer service is unmatched. This was my 16th Mercedes I have purchased over the past 23 years. I will absolutely revisit Marjorie and Walnut creek Mercedes-Benz for my next vehicle!
