Poor Pre-owned Buying Experience

onPaid seller price, brought my own rate, wasn't ready to sell (couldn't replace front tires due to missing key), sold me the car, picked it up two days later with new tires that didn't meet manufacturer specifications (cheap, not like for like, non run-flat tires. Misrepresentations and missed opportunities to right by the customer. More interested in new car buyers.
