Awesome Experience Getting my 2024 AMG C63S

The lease on my 2020 AMG C43 was ending in July, 2024. So, I was already thinking of getting a newer C43. The sales team at Mercedes-Benz of Walnut Creek reached out to me and made some offers to me. I decided to hear them out. I met with Tim Crane and I was impressed by his professionalism, attentiveness, and good interpersonal skills. I had in mind to go back to where I got my 2020 C43 and simply upgrade to a 2024 AMG C43, but because of the pleasant experience I had with the sales team at Mercedes-Benz of Walnut Creek, especially with Tim Crane, I decided to give them a chance. I was not so impressed with the 2024 AMG C43 that they had in stock, mainly because of the color combinations of the interior. They understood this fact and said they will be in contact with me if something of my preference showed up. I found that to be very good. They weren't aggressive just to sell me something and make some sales. They were interested in satisfying me as a customer. I ended up deciding to upgrade to 2024 AMG C63S because I really liked the car after a test-drive. But most importantly, I was very satisfied with the customer service provided by Tim Crane. I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Walnut Creek.
