Lisa the internet manager talked me into a test drive of their new E350 convertible. She insisted that we need to make an appointment. So I did. I even updated her about our revised time of arrive. To our biggest surprise, we got there after driving from Napa, no one at the dealer knows anything about this appointment. Worst they didn't even know they had the car I wanted to test drive and of course after an hour they told us the car I wanted to test drive is not "accessible" and not ready for a test drive. Then they try to offer some other cars for a test drive, no surprise half hour later they were still looking for the car they said they have! What a disaster. Don't even go there!
