Team Chevrolet
Dealership Sales Review
Rating my experience at Team Chevrolet, Cadillac, Mazda in Vallejo Ca. would be an F minus. The service personnel execute mind-blowing incompetence. I had to call them to see if my car was ready and the rude lady on the phone had no idea if it was ready or not because they appear to be on an antiquated system no newer then faxing or rotary phones, it appears their computer screens are a façade. The sales people are straight up (Johnathon Shirar) salesmen, (Tina Kester) sales manager. On the other hand, the sales personnel and service department obviously don’t communicate with each other, must be their computer screens, fax machines, or possibly the rotary phones preventing homogeneous continuity between the sales and service department. The service personnel are barely qualified to work at a place that asks “would you like fries with that?” at a drive through window. I bought a $115,000 car on Memorial day and received all the sales promises with all the dealership BS and false assurances. It was late, all the service people had gone home for the day. I was once again assured I would bring the car back for a full new car detail, tinted windows, a full tank of gas, interior/ exterior paid treatment and all other promises made by the sales people that I have in writing. I live 1.5 hours away and they would give me a courtesy car for this work to be performed. When I arrived 2 days later to pick my car traffic was heavy so I left quickly. I unfortunately made the mistake of trusting the dealership in stating my car was ready and all work was performed per my contract. For the sake of GOD, why can’t people just do their jobs, it’s not my place to instruct them as the customer. When I got home 2 hours later and looked at my new Corvette, I realized the filthy, atrocious car they sent me home with, stating all work was done per the contract. It became obviously apparent their computers are definitely facades at this dealership. First off; they didn’t tint the small rear window at 5% per the contract, they didn’t fill the tank with gas as promised by Jonathon Shirar (salesmen), they didn’t clean the windows they did tint, they didn’t clean the engine compartment that I paid $1500 extra for the “appearance package” .Why buy a sports car with an “engine appearance package” that looks like a dirty forest floor with mud/dirt and soap spots. I bought the car with 2 miles on it!! It should be delivered to me” Showroom Quality” and cleanliness after I gave them 2 days to perform this work! I did purchase this car off the “Show Room Floor”, they had to open the doors of the inside of the dealership for me to drive it home, pathetic. Incompetence and disappointment is all I’m left with after the experience I’ve had at this dealership! Stay away from this dealership, OOHHH and bye the way did I mention, Stay away from this dealership! Due to the fact I wasn’t there to witness the paint sealant and the interior sealant, I’m not sure they even applied these paid items to my car as everything else I was promised were not performed correctly with documented paperwork. See attached photos of what Team Chevrolet sent me home with on a $115,000 2024 Corvette after detailing and all mentioned above, they treated me like I bought a 1985 Chevette for $8,000.
