Robert our advisor is great as always. The people at the kiosk are continually rude with every visit. It's quite incredible considering we have discussed this issue with managers in the past and also it's BMW for goodness sake though that shouldn't matter! They don't say hello, don't look up from their phones until you speak to them, then all they say is "do you have an appointment?" Can't BMW do better? We get a better greeting at Walmart and we didn't have to spend 75K. What's the problem, is this how BMW wants their customers greeted? Need a little manners touch up? I'd be happy to come and offer my services on your customer service. It's not that hard! "Good morning, how can we help you? Do you have an appt? An advisor? I'll inform your advisor you are here, please have a seat inside. Help yourself to coffee if you like." Wow that's hard!
