From the first phone call to visiting the dealer and looking at a couple cars to signing the paperwork and taking delivery, Kara was helpful and answered all questions. If she didn't know the answer, she found it quickly. Most importantly, she listened carefully to my needs and how I would be using the Prius and tailored the details of the deal to meet those needs. Everything went smoothly with my Price Promise certificate as well; they were knowledgeable about the program and had the two cars of interest pulled up when I arrived for our scheduled appointment.
