Price Ford of Turlock

My experience with the overall staff was pleasant and communication was pretty clear however, my credit was ran 7 times, but I was told it was only twice. The car in purchased is a 2013 Ford Escape. I have a loud rattling sound coming from the rear right of the car, the driver side sun visor is coming out of its placement on the left hand corner of the roof, and cosmetic ware is becoming more noticeable on the exterior (warn plastic accents and "sandblasted" looking spots on right side of car). I walked around this whole car prior to purchase, they got me good with the detail. Compared to the complaints on the car I traded in, I should have gotten a better deal on the starting price of the car. Decent overall.
