Dealership Service Review
service Rating
Poor Experience
Written by 01/23/2023
onI took my Chevy Spark EV in for maintenance on the propulsion battery which was only charging to 50 miles, down from 90. It is still under warranty. I was charged 250 dollars and given the car back with 48 miles on it. The rear seat was disassembled (still is) and I was missing a screwdriver from my front seat (which I recognize may have been taken inadvertently, but nevertheless frustrating). If they can't remember to reassemble my back seat, what else might they have missed.
