Fred Vand was very profession, knowable and helpful in leading and coordinating our decision making process in ordering and receiving our 2015 Q5. Gino Rose was also extremely important in helping us order to right color and equipment which we are now enjoying so much. We called and visited Pacific Audi many times in the ensuing 3 month delivery period. Each and every time our needs were met with the utmost professional courtesy by either Fred, Gino or someone on the staff.
