Shaver Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Purchased a truck from, Shaver...nothing but problems, dealership fights making thing “ right”. They needed to do a repair, truck was there for three months while they waited to get part. We gave up, brought truck home, part came in one day, we fixed it ourselves. Unbelievable poor service. The battery didn’t survive the three months of non-use ( tested before the three months...battery good). Evidently they knew about the problem, so they “jumped” the truck so that it would drive home. They didn’t tell us. Shaver Refused to replace battery, if we purchase one from them, they would install for free......how gracious! I will do everything possible to expose this dealership. They are horrible.
