I have never encountered such poor customer service anywhere let alone a car dealership. Car dealerships are not known for good customer service, but this place is straight out of a movie bad. To start with, their prices are a good $1,500 over what other dealers charge, so don't even step on the property unless you want to severely overpay. Secondly, they will outright lie to you about the invoice price and say they are only making $100 on a deal, even if you show them that you've done your research and have in hand the true dealer invoice including dealer holdback and that they would be making more like $2k on the deal. If that wasn't enough, if you want to stop negotiations and leave, they will have already submitted a preliminary credit application and not give it back to you even if you specifically asked them not to submit it. And who knows what they are doing with that information- at best it could be to sell personal info to telemarketers. I don't even want to think about at worst. They will even yell at you right in their showroom if you don't kowtow to their every demand. Anyway, stay far, away from this place unless you are a masochist and enjoy pointless aggravation, wasting hours of your life, and/or being treated horribly.
