Unhappy does not do justice to my experience. This place wants to get you into their dealership and then try to get you into a bad deal. I walked and got the deal I wanted from the Ford Dealership in Oxnard. All done over phone, text and email, with the card delivered to my home. Should've read all the other reviews before even giving them a chance at my business.
