DCH Kia Temecula truly stood behind their motto for Delivering customer happiness. We were out looking for a used car for our teenage driver we had a limit to spend. After dealing with other dealerships in the area we went to DCH Kia and from the first employer Tim, we told him what we were looking for and he went out of his way to see what they had he found us what we were looking for even though we weren't in there to spend in the high thousands or newer used car we were not treated any different than the other customers. After taking position of the car we found some minor areas that needed to be fix. We called the service area and they told us to bring it in and they repaired the car (no expanse). And there shuttle service was wonderful took me all the way home which was 20 miles. Car was fixed that day and we feel they sold us a very reliable safe car for our young driver. We will not shop around again as this dealership treated us with respect and there was no pressure it was a pleasure buying from them.
