Sunnyvale used toyota dealership The entire process of buying my daughter her 1st car was worst experience I ever had. My 1st question was very important before purchase n salesman didn't give me the correct answer till I discovered it after the purchase of car I needed to know if my kid can fiance it and I insured it. ..the process of buying car was happening prior to letting me test drive it. Than was told can't till next day after a tire was going to be replaced..I was not asked about warranty they automatically added on every warrant offered ...They never ask if we want it. Than I was being brushed off when I request to reduce the price of the car 3 times not ever answering me. Than the financing employee says he giving me warranty that cost 5000 .for 2000 so I said I won t ask for price reduce since they giving me 3000 off of warranty..I thought I got deal until the following evening the other employee said the warranty was worth 2000. That it was not 5000..so I never got any deals. ..no price reduction until the last person who help to finish our paperwork gave my daughter 200. Off of warranty ..the salesman was rushing around n not listening to me and my questions. He just wanted to make the sale. Warranty was added without offering it. We thought the payment was for the car. Until all the paperwork was complete. Than the fiance guy said my kid needs I nsurance in order to buy car. The 1st question I ask was about this and I was not told the correct answer about the subject cause I was going to be driving it until my kid got her liscence so now we need insurance that cost 260.00 and how much was a concern because I was quoted 55 just me. Thru my private company. Now we need special insurance. But sales man has no idea if we can afford 530.00 month on a car payment n Insurance...but they don't care. They just wanted the sale of car ..They said the car was mecanicaly checked. With in hour I suspected problems with car and someone checked n seems the transmission is bad. Its a 2015 ford focus. .they assured us car was checked ..so I got no price reduction. We all Most left with no gas. Nothing was offered that made the deal buying car here...Worst service. Lies. .salesman rushed everything. Didn't go over stuff on contract to explain things ..it was no customer service that made me a happy leaving. I went to work very stressed and upset with this whole process. Tomarrow we are returning the car cause it has bad transmission. 2 days and all the b's I encountered. I want my money and go elsewhere cause they didn't care to make these 2 customers happy. My daughter 1st car will be bought somewhere that will value our business and offer us deals n quality service and who let's me leave happy
