Bought the preowned 328i for my son and was really happy the purchase. Ivan salesman did an excellent job making the entire process possible. The only issue I have was the misrepresentation that the vehicle was supposed to come w a 2nd key but was not on site at the time of purchase and expected the key to be found. Unfortunately Ivan came back “vehicle did not come w a 2nd key” which was disappointing and I am going to have to pay around $500 to order a 2nd key.
