I bought a car there and, when my daughter needed a car, she bought a new one there, too. In our experience it's a low-pressure environment where the sales people are helpful but not pushy. We easily came to terms on a fair price and the paperwork was relatively painless. We didn't use the internet sales option, we just walked onto the lot, but we'd done our research on Edmunds ahead of time and went in knowing what a fair price would be. The only advice I would give is to decide ahead of time if you want an extended warranty or not.
